| It's that time of year again. On this site is your 2008 schedule, rules and regulations. There have been a couple of changes, READ YOUR RULES & SCHEDULE CAREFULLY. GM cars must be 1978 or newer; Ford, Chrysler and front wheel drive cars must be 1980 or newer. Full size foreign cars may be of any year. Mini-Cars class must be 1980 or newer, with a wheelbase shorter than 105 inches and a 6-cylinder or smaller motor. No Pintos or Pacers allowed. You must participate in mini-car events only. You CANNOT compete with full size cars. All cars must display their car number on the roof no smaller than an 18" X 18" plate. Car numbers are registered on a first come first serve basis. Also rule #7 section B states that there must be either a bar, wire, chain, etc running from the dashboard to the roof to protect driver and rider. Remember if you remove the rubber biscuits you MUST replace with 1 1/2" steel spacer. We must be able to see in there. Don't forget we still have a Bore-A-Scope for inspecting your frame rails. |

The 2008 "Triple Crown" purse has rolled over to $600 since no one won it last year plus a trophy. The shows this year are as follows: Vandalia, MO, 6/28/08 Union, MO 7/13/08 Centralia, MO 8/2/08 Vienna, MO 8/30/08 Hillsboro, MO 9/13/08 The money & trophy will be awarded at the fall Hillsboro show. |
